Yes. Liberia Literary Society is recognized and registered under 501 (c) (3) as a non-profit charity organization; therefore, all donations donated to Liberia Literary Society are tax exempt. We are registered in Minnesota as Liberia Literary Society. Our Tax ID is 82-0816084.

Yes, the Liberia Literary Society donation site is secure. Transactions are processed by PayPal, a secure credit card processor. The processor handles the approval of transactions with the credit card companies while guarding against fraud.

Ninety percent (90%) goes to projects and programs, and ten percent (10%) goes to our website maintenance. 100% of administrative work is done by volunteers.

One hundred percent (100%) of your donation toward No Child Left Behind goes toward the designated campaign. Should LLS raise funds that exceed the needed amount for the specified project location, then the funds will be redirected toward where the need is greatest.

Liberia Literary Society does not sell, share, or trade donor names nor contact information with any third-party advertisers/commercial interests.

All donations are treated as confidential. Donors can request dedications of the project by name on behalf of yourself or a loved one.

 Liberia Literary Society does not keep copies of personal information in excess of what is required. Access to donor information is restricted and must be approved by the executive director.
